  • America's Job Bank -- more than 1,500,000 jobs from every state.
  • Annual Report Gallery -- downloadable and printable annual reports from Fortune 500 companies (though some only in Adobe Acrobat format)
  • Annual reports for Free -- more than 3200 companies. Find your company alphabetically or by subject, and call PRAR's 800 number to request the annual report.
  • Antarctica -- Unusual job opportunities at the South Pole, October through February.
  • CareerJet -- you are directed to the originally job posting, leaving out the middle man. Nice interface too.
  • Company Information -- a number of files that will guide you to information about the companies you are interviewing with.
  • Definitive Chicago Area Job Guide
  • Educational Placement --  Jobs for teachers.
  • For International Careers and Jobs -- over 150 countries.
  • Government Jobs.Com -- listings of jobs in city, county and state governments and quasi-official non-governmental
  • Government Jobs Official Posting Site  --  jobs in federal agencies. Also links to other job hunting resources like state and city joblines, statewide newspapers, etc.
  • HMonster-- Look here for jobs in health-related fields.
  • Hoover's -- offers all kinds of data, including thumbnail sketches of thousands of companies, links to corporate homepages, stock information, and more.
  • InternJobs.com --a national database of internships for students and recent graduates.
  • Iowa Corporation Search -- retrieve information on Iowa corporations, such as officers, date incorporated, etc.
  • Iowa Workforce Development -- job listings for the state of Iowa.
  • Job Resource -- operated by students, for students. Posts job listings and resumes, searchable by keyword and location.
  • Police Careers -- This site offers employment, testing and interviewing guides for federal and state police careers.
  • Monster Board -- more than 50,000 job listings from more than 4000 employers. Also has employer profiles, and a nice section on self-employment.
  • the Next Wave -- a career and job posting site for science majors.
  • NonProfit Career Network -- a place to look for jobs and volunteer opportunities in the nonprofit sector, post your resume, and find out about the service organizations listed.
  • Opportunity NOCs --job opportunities in the nonprofit sector.
  • Overseas Jobs--international job opportunities, also arranged by individual country.
  • RehabWorld -- job postings for occupational and physical therapy.
  • Salary.com -- allows users to compare salaries in different parts of the country.
  • Science Professional Network -- job listings, science career fairs, career workshops, and career links for scientists. From the AAAS.
  • StudentJobs.gov  -- A central source for college students to find government grants, scholarships, fellowships, internships, and other government educational and employment opportunities
  • TechWeb --  the place to go to look for technical job postings, list your resume.
  • Vault Reports -- Profiles of major employers based on interviews with people who've worked there tell about the kind of organization it is, the benefits and drawbacks of working there.
